Learn how to configure server monitoring in Depfloy.
In Depfloy, you can track the usage values of your server’s CPU, RAM, and disk resources. You can set up alerts for specific metrics and receive notifications when the relevant rules are triggered.
First, you need to activate the monitoring feature on the server you have previously initialized. To do this, go to the monitoring section of your server (https://depfloy.com/servers/<ServerID>/monitoring
).
After this step, your server will start collecting metrics. The metric collection interval is set to 5 minutes by default and cannot be changed at this time.
To create alerts related to server metrics, click the “Add Alert” button in the top right corner of the page and make the necessary configurations in the opened window.
The alerts you create will appear at the bottom of the page. From this section, you can disable or delete the alerts you have added.
Email notifications are sent by default for the alerts you add. If you also want to receive Slack notifications, you should activate server alert notifications from the Notifications page.
