SSL Certificate

Depfloy automatically generates a Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate when your domain’s DNS records start pointing to our servers. You simply need to enable SSL to activate this feature.

Working With Cloudflare

If you’re using Cloudflare and it’s managing SSL for your domain, you don’t need to enable SSL on Depfloy. You can configure your settings from the “Configure encryption mode” page in Cloudflare.

If you prefer to use Let’s Encrypt SSL, make sure the Cloudflare Proxy is disabled during the DNS redirection process and don’t activate it until SSL becomes active on Depfloy. Ensure that the encryption mode in Cloudflare is set to “Full (Strict)”. You can enable the Cloudflare Proxy after SSL becomes active on Depfloy.

Custom SSL Certificates

If you don’t want to use Let’s Encrypt, you’ll be able to add your own SSL certificate in the future. We’re currently working on this feature.
