You can share servers and projects with team members who can manage them on your behalf. You can add as many team members to your account as you want.

Important Reminder! You need to have a “business” plan to add team members to your account.

Inviting A Member

Go to members page in your dashboard and click to “Invite Member” button. To invite a member, you need to provide an email address for the member. Then, you must select the permissions the member should have.

After this stage, an invitation notification will be sent to the email address you provided.

Accepting an invite

Your teammate must create a new membership by clicking on the invitation sent to their email address. After entering basic account information such as name, surname, and password on the page that opens, they will be redirected to Depfloy dashboard.

Editing member permissions

You can change the permissions you set for a member account later. To do this, you can set new permissions by clicking the “edit” button next to the member you want to update in the “members” section.

Delete member account

When you want to delete a member, you can do so by clicking the “delete” button in the members section. This method will delete all data belonging to the member account, including SSH keys. Alternatively, the member can delete their own account from the “delete my account” section on the account settings page.
